4. Property Data Sources
Property listing data is sourced from publicly available information on property portals. Sold price data comes from HM Land Registry (Crown Copyright). Crime data from the Police API. Flood risk data from the Environment Agency. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your contact details with a mortgage broker only if you explicitly request a mortgage quote. We may share anonymised, aggregated analytics data with partners.
